Window Survey
Upon completion of the sale, a Homesealed Technical Survey Visit will be scheduled. Our technical surveyor will visit your property to take precise measurements of your windows and doors, as well as confirm styles and designs. Following this, we will provide you with an installation date within 7 days.

No - simply wipe with a mild detergent to ensure the frames remain in perfect condition. Apply a light oil to opening mechanisms each year to keep them operating smoothly.
The Liniar team designed the patented bubble gasket for its casement windows from scratch. They experienced problems with traditional seals used in other window systems. Liniar's unique co-extruded bubble gasket provides a continuous seal around each frame, even in the corners, to keep your windows free from draughts and leaks.
The sculptured frames, often called 'ovolo' or curved, offer a traditional style with a bevelled finish for a more contemporary look.
Triple-glazed units provide better energy efficiency compared to double-glazing. However, Liniar's 28mm double-glazed uPVC casement windows are also highly energy efficient. Always consult with your installer for the best advice, as the composition of each window depends on its size and the materials used.
