Sealed units are not the only thing that wears out.

After 20 years, we regularly find:

• Perished gaskets. The rubber seals around the glass and frame go hard and shrink. Cold air gets in.
• Dropped hinges and worn locks. Windows stop closing tight against the frame.
• Warped or faded frames. Especially on older, cheaper uPVC that was not built for Scottish conditions.
